Rugs We Clean
- Living room and bedroom area rugs of all sizes
- Hallway runners
- Dining room rugs
- Wool and synthetic rugs
- Rugs with pet stains and odors
Every rug is inspected first. If your rug has delicate fibers or a construction that needs special care, we will tell you up front and confirm the plan and the price before any cleaning begins. For pet accidents on rugs, our
pet stain and odor removal treatment can be added to the clean.
Our Rug Cleaning Process
- Measure and inspect. We measure the rug, check the fibers and backing, and note stains and worn areas. Your price is confirmed before we start.
- Pre-spray. A cleaning solution loosens the soil, grit, and oils worked deep into the pile.
- Deodorizer. Odors held in the rug are treated as part of the clean.
- Scrubbing. Traffic lanes and spots are worked by hand to break loose embedded dirt.
- Hot water extraction. We steam clean and extract, pulling out the dirt and most of the moisture. The rug is left damp and dries within a few hours.
We use eco-friendly products that are safe for your family and pets once the rug is dry.
Fair, Transparent Pricing, Measured Before We Start
Rug cleaning is priced by the size of the rug. We measure your rug when we arrive, work out the price from its measurements, and confirm the exact total with you before any cleaning begins. The price you approve is the price you pay. No surprises and no upsells at your door.
While we are there, many customers also book
carpet cleaning for the rooms around the rug, and we are happy to price the whole visit up front.

Offsite Cleaning for Fine and Handmade Rugs
Some rugs should not be cleaned in a living room. For fine, handmade, and natural-fiber rugs, including wool, silk, cotton, and viscose, we offer offsite cleaning with pickup and delivery. We collect your rug, clean it offsite with the care its fibers need, and bring it back to your home. The exact price is confirmed with you before we take it, so there are no surprises.
